Facilis Partners Attend Summit to See New Features, Learn Strategies for Growth

SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI, June 2017 – It was smooth sailing last week for Facilisgroup partners who attended the organization’s annual Partner Summit in San Diego, California. The event brought its promotional products distributor partners together to learn about exciting software enhancements and new services.

Facilisgroup prides itself on a track record of delivering growth for its partners. The Partner Summit provides opportunities for its members to learn strategies that will help them improve all aspects of their businesses.

 

The summit started with keynote speaker Dan Thurmon, who used juggling in his presentation to explain that instead of trying to achieve perfect life balance we need to live life off balance, on purpose. Thurmon said that being off balance opens people up to growth opportunities.

Then panelists discussed unconventional methods they’ve used to attract and retain sales reps to their teams.

 

During the summit, Facilisgroup announced that it had launched more than 1,000 individual sales rep sites on its redesigned The Signature Collection platform. As a part of the redesign, all partners received new, ecommerce-enabled websites with improved product search and intuitive navigation. In addition, they announced the successful integration of Facilisgroup’s proprietary system @ease with Brightsites – a company store platform.

 

These announcements/events highlight Facilisgroup’s ongoing commitment to innovation and improvement in the promotional products industry.

Wednesday’s meetings wrapped up with Keynote Speaker Jabez LeBret, who discussed workplace culture and how to manage and engage the millennial generation and build better millennial leaders. LeBret also touched on workplace culture with an interactive activity illustrating positive vs negative reinforcement.

 

Partners participated in several networking events, including dinner on the USS Midway and a virtual scavenger hunt in which Facilis partner Gorilla Marketing was able to show off their new app, Spota Go Go.

 

The event wrapped up with the much requested sized solutions, where partners of similar business size were able to discuss the challenges they’ve experienced and solutions they’ve found while growing their companies.
