We simply encourage users to use the Facilis Signature Collection whenever possible as it increases the efficiencies of these orders and provides more significant product margins. |

| How will you ensure my company's security within your Web-based system? |
| Facilis employs the most current and exacting online security measures to protect your data and your privacy, which also include comprehensive backup facilities. We will be pleased to provide you with detailed information on our security measures at your request. |

| What about my suppliers that aren't a part of the Facilis preferred supplier roster? |
| Facilis partners have the flexibility to easily add their own vendors to the Facilis system. |

| Have any Facilis partners failed to grow? |
| No. All Facilis partners have demonstrated measurable growth for every year of their partnership. In 2007, for example, all Facilis partners enjoyed growth of at least 5%, to as much as 83%. |

| If Facilis provides marketing programs, do I still require a marketing resource? |
| Facilis marketing programs keep your sales reps in front of their prospects and clients year round. Our programs support your company brand and are customized to your team. These programs are ongoing and employ email, Web site, search and catalog components. Some of our partners elect to transition internal marketing roles into sales or inside sales roles - from cost to revenue-generating functions. |

| What are examples of reporting capabilities, and what if I need a report that doesn't currently exist in the system? |
| Facilis understands that information is everything. Facilis @ease reporting and analysis capabilities are a key strength of the system. Sales reps are empowered with an on-line analysis of their sales, client rankings, product rankings, WIP (Work in Progress), A/R reports, vendor analysis, new business development reports, sales target reports and more. Management can additionally view and analyze an individual or the company as a whole. You can be anywhere in the world and get real-time sales reports via the Internet. Furthermore, when each user logs in, the first screen they see is a Dashboard which provides a snapshot of their account including their daily tasks. Facilis @ease anticipates virtually every requirement for reporting, and, if requested, can create a custom report for you. |

| Facilis provides a multitude of programs and services. Are there additional charges for these? |
| No. There are no charges for any of the value-add services we provide, including marketing programs, consulting services, training and more. One exception is Facilis Graphic Services, which is an optional service that includes additional charges as it typically replaces any of your existing graphics resources. |
